Hyperscale & Build-to-Suit
1 MW to 40 MW in Paris region and France. Shell-and-core expansion, greenfield development, and long-term development agreements with fixed expansion rights.
Who builds hyperscale infrastructure here
The hyperscale and build-to-suit tier serves operators with power requirements above 1 MW who need a long-term infrastructure agreement — not a standard colocation contract.
National AI compute, 5–40 MW, EDF direct feed
American, Chinese, and Japanese AI operators building national compute infrastructure in France use build-to-suit agreements for power loads from 5 to 40 MW. EDF HTA connections bypass the distribution grid. Nuclear baseload power at 95%+ carbon-free. We manage the Enedis permitting process.
SecNumCloud and HDS, available from the RFI stage
Foreign cloud operators seeking to serve French public sector clients must qualify under ANSSI's SecNumCloud referential. We provide the Activity 1 (Hébergeur Infogérant de Site Physique) evidence dossier at the RFI stage. HDS Activity 1 certification is also available for healthcare data operators.
Shell-and-core now, greenfield from 2027
PAR2, PAR3, and PAR6 have shell-and-core expansion capacity from H2 2026. Greenfield sites in Seine-et-Marne and Essonne are in permitting. Long-term development agreements with fixed expansion rights can be structured from 10 MW upward, giving your board the certainty of a 10-year infrastructure roadmap.
