What is the minimum order for Retail+ colocation?

Retail+ contracts start at 10 kW, covering approximately 2–3 full racks at standard density. For smaller deployments, our partner platform handles single-rack and partial-rack orders from €39/month.

How long does it take to get operational?

Accepted Answer

Standard Retail+ deployments are ready in 2–4 weeks from contract signature, subject to power availability at the target site.

What cooling options are available for high-density racks?

Accepted Answer

For racks up to 40 kW, we use dedicated rear-door heat exchangers. Above 40 kW, Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) is available — contact us for a thermal survey before ordering.

What connectivity is available on-site?

Accepted Answer

All sites are connected to France-IX (600+ members). 10G and 100G ports are available, with IP transit from €0.30/Mbps. AWS Direct Connect, Azure ExpressRoute, and GCP Partner Interconnect are available at PAR2 and PAR5.

What certifications do your sites hold?

All sites meet ISO 27001 baseline requirements. HDS and PCI DSS certifications are available at select locations. Cage and suite configurations can be scoped for specific compliance requirements.
