Colocation contracts are billed on committed IT power (your reserved allocation), not actual consumption. Monitored PDUs (available as an add-on) provide per-circuit metering visible in the customer portal. Actual consumption below committed does not result in a credit; above 110% of committed triggers a notification; above 120% for more than 30 consecutive minutes requires a power upgrade order.

Question 2

What are the remote hands service levels, and what triggers escalation to L2 or L3?

Accepted Answer

All contracts include 2 free hours per month of Level 1 remote hands (physical tasks: power cycling, cable labeling, visual inspection, media swap). Level 2 (OS interaction: console access, BIOS, RAID management) and Level 3 (network: BGP, VLAN, firewall changes) are billed separately at €90/hr and €150/hr respectively. Emergency L3 response carries a 2-hour SLA during business hours, 4-hour SLA outside.

What DLC implementations are supported, and at what rack densities?

Accepted Answer

We support rear-door heat exchangers (RDHX) for densities up to 50 kW/rack and cold-plate manifold systems for GPU workloads above 50 kW/rack, including NVIDIA H100/H200 and GB300 NVL72 configurations. DLC deployments above 50 kW require a pre-installation thermal survey. Maximum supported density is 150 kW/rack at PAR3 and PAR6.

Which compliance documentation do you provide for GDPR, PCI DSS, and cross-border data transfers?

Accepted Answer

All facilities are within EU territory (France), no cross-border transfer mechanisms are required for data processed here. For PCI DSS Level 1 merchant audits, we provide a standardized evidence package covering physical access controls, CCTV retention, environmental monitoring, and incident response compatible with a QSA review. GDPR processing records are available for tenant DPA documentation.

What cross-connect options are available, and what is the provisioning SLA?

Accepted Answer

Intra-facility cross-connects are provisioned within 5 business days from a signed order. Both OM4 multimode and OS2 singlemode fiber are available. Metro connections to Equinix Paris (PA1–PA8), Digital Realty Paris (PAR1–PAR10), and ETIX facilities are provisioned via FBW Networks, typically within 10–15 business days. Express provisioning (48-hour SLA) is available for a one-time expedite fee.

What connectivity options are available for operators based in Asia-Pacific?

All Paris sites have on-site access to France-IX (16 Tbps, 600+ members). Direct cross-connects to AWS Direct Connect (PAR2/PAR5), Azure ExpressRoute (PAR3/PAR5), and OCI FastConnect are provisioned within 5 business days of a signed order. Metro fiber to Equinix PA1–PA8 and Digital Realty PAR1–PAR10 via FBW Networks is available within 10–15 business days. GCP Partner Interconnect can be provisioned via a certified partner; typical lead time 15 business days.

What are the contract terms and payment options for international (non-EU) clients?

Accepted Answer

All contracts are denominated in EUR. Standard payment terms are 30 days net from invoice. We accept wire transfer (SEPA and SWIFT). International clients outside the EU sign the same MSA as domestic clients — no NDA required to access pricing, no local entity required to sign. For contracts above 50 kW, a bank guarantee or parent company guarantee is standard. Contract minimum: 12 months for Retail+.
